June 1960 | Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. was established with capital of 1 million yen. The company’s headquarters was located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. |

June 1963 | As an agency for Seiko Isuzu Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. (current Seiko Corporation) and other various automatic packaging machine manufacturers, we have consolidated our company structure as a general trading company for automatic liquid lines and packaging machineries. |
September 1965 | The company’s name was changed to Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. and the headquarters was moved to Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (current Shizuoka City). |
November 1965 | Osaka branch office was opened. |
March 1974 | Fukuoka sales office was opened. |
July 1984 | Nagoya sales office was opened |
January 1989 | In order to strengthen the sales capabilities in both East and West Japan, Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. established its offices in both the Eastern and the Western parts of Japan, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and Chuo-ku, Osaka. Also, the Shimizu branch office in Shimizu City (current Shimizu-ku, Shizuoka City) and the Nagoya sales office in Nagoya City were opened as the Eastern offices and the Fukuoka sales office in Fukuoka City was opened as the Western office. |
March 1999 | The Nagoya sales office was combined with the Shimizu branch office. |
November 2013 | The headquarters in the Eastern area of Japan was moved to 3-3, Kojimachi 5-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. |
June 2017 | Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. West Japan became a consolidated subsidiary of Seiko Corporation. |
July 2019 | Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. decided to keep Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. East Japan, and absorbed Nippon Kikai Shoji Co., Ltd. West Japan. |
July 2019 | The Osaka Sales Headquarters was moved to 7-3, Azuchimachi 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka. |
April 2020 | The Fukuoka sales office moved to 18-6, Hakata Ekimae 1-chome, Fukuoka. |
June 2024 | Jakarta Representative Office was opened. |
